Honda GX390, Predator 420, Predator 459 alternator bracket (10:00 clock position, with fuel tank installed)

Made and designed here in the USA, an alternator bracket that's made for high amperage applications in both golf cart and other vehicles/bikes that utilize the big block 420 and 459 PTO output flange pattern. Cut from 8mm Hot Rolled steel and T-braced. this bracket will ensure a long life against the demands of a high amperage charging system. Designed for the 10SI alternator (pictured is a 105 amp alternator), no external voltage regulators or excite wire signals are needed. All you need to apply is the power wire to the battery, crank it up, and roll on. 

Modification check list: To keep the integrity of the bracket, you'll either want to space out the alternator bracket from the alternator using a 5/16 thin washer or you'll need to slightly grind down the aluminum boss indicated in the photo for rib clearance. Although every bracket is assembled and test fit on the 420 engine, some variations of machining will occur either in the bracket rib or the engine boss on your engine. Please be aware, every consideration is taken in producing this product as a straight bolt-on assembly, small amounts of trimming/sanding may be required. Use at your own risk. For offroad use only.

Designed with you in mind, this bracket is built to be mounted in the 10:00 clock position and is drilled to mount the alternator in a position to allow the factory fuel tank to be mounted (420 Predator engine is the only engine I've verified this with). This is built for longevity and durability, and under normal circumstances, should be a "set it and forget it" modification. 

Once purchased, there will be a sheet listed with the correct belt length, bolt lengths, and part numbers to ensure you get the correct kit, the first time. Thanks for checking it out!
